Our 2024 Creative Pathways Program aims to connect young aspiring creatives, stage managers and designers with professionals in their chosen field as they are offered the opportunity to gain work experience one on one with our professional creatives and production team members in each field. Over the duration of our 2024 Young Industry Project, fellows will have the opportunity to shadow and collaborate with a professional head of department in their chosen field to gain hands on experience in their craft.
