Our team consists of performers, creatives, stage managers, directors, musical directors, choreographers, performance psychologists and mentors directly from Australian and international stages.

With a mission to build community and break the barrier between the professional rehearsal room and those aspiring to enter, our team share not just extensive and current industry experience, but also a passion for nurturing, inspiring and empowering young artists with the five magic Cs: courage, curiosity, creativity, consistency and confidence.
